Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Repose app, website, and related services.
Effective August 25, 20261. Using Repose
You may use Repose only if you can legally enter into these terms and your use complies with applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, activity through your account, and keeping your account secure.
2. Connected services
Repose may let you connect services such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks. You choose which permissions to grant and can revoke them at any time. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
3. Your instructions and review
Repose may suggest plans or, when authorized, create, update, or delete calendar events and tasks. You are responsible for reviewing important information and changes. Do not rely on Repose as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Repose, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Repose the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. Repose and its software, design, branding, and other service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.
6. Availability and changes
Repose is evolving and may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Repose is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Repose will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Repose and disconnect connected services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk, or if required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
