1. What Repose does

Repose is an intelligent planning assistant. It helps you understand your schedule, organize tasks, and turn your intentions into a workable plan. You choose whether to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect account details, preferences, tasks, planning instructions, support messages, and other information you choose to give Repose.

Google user data

If you connect your Google account, Repose requests access only after showing you Google's consent screen. Depending on the permissions you approve, Repose may access:

• Google Calendar: event titles, times, descriptions, attendees, and related calendar details needed to understand availability and to create, update, or delete events at your direction.
• Google Tasks: task lists, task titles, notes, due dates, completion status, and related details needed to display, create, update, or delete tasks at your direction.
• Connection information: OAuth tokens and technical identifiers needed to keep your chosen connection working.

Technical information

We may collect limited device, app, diagnostic, security, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve Repose.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide the planning, scheduling, and task-management features you request;
• authenticate your account and maintain your authorized connections;
• generate, explain, and carry out plans or changes you ask for;
• protect Repose, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and provide support; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Repose's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. How Google user data is shared

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when you ask for support, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when the data has been aggregated so it cannot identify you.

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that host, secure, and operate Repose or power features you request. Those providers may process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Google user data is not used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

5. Storage and security

OAuth tokens and other account data are stored using safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Access is limited to systems and people that need it to operate and protect Repose. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide Repose, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. When you disconnect Google, Repose stops making new requests to your Google account and removes the associated OAuth tokens from active systems. You may also revoke access at any time from your Google Account connections.

To request deletion of your Repose account and associated data, contact us at justame@gmail.com. We may retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to connect Google, decline requested permissions, revoke a connection, or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some features will not work without the information or permissions they require.

8. Children

Repose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Repose evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice when required.
